In Hippolytushoef, the former Noorderlicht has made way for two new construction locations: Hof van Wieringen and Ulkediep. Hippo, popularly known as the village, is the largest village on the former island of Wieringen. The village therefore has a regional function with various shops and different restaurants. Hof van Wieringen is within walking distance of all amenities.

The hidden gems make one story

Parklaan and Parkhof Hof van Wieringen consists of two buildings, each with four departments. Each department has its own identity, its own hidden gem. Together these pearls form one story; the story of the North. To create unity, Lensen chose to give all corridors the same basic look feel. Each department has its own color accent, wallpaper and photos. The structure of the wallpaper and the photos match the theme of the department in question. The choice was made to keep the floor plan the same in all corridors. The neighborhood rooms have a floor that matches the theme in terms of appearance.
