All-inclusive living for people with dementia with cinema and café. It looks like a new housing estate: the Pim Senior Foundation is being built on the edge of Dorst. This residential care complex offers space for 56 people with dementia. Small-scale living and a full-fledged place in a small (village) community. A place where homeliness, support in all possible areas and a lot of personal attention ensure that people feel safe and challenged to show themselves.
Space for movement and experience! Where there used to be a large greenhouse, there is now a care complex with four large wings, each with fourteen apartments, connected by covered corridors and a large recreation building. And with three inner gardens, a cinema, a nostalgia room, a brown café, a jeu de boules court and a large vegetable garden, there is always something to do. The green character emphasises the homeliness and village feeling. Green living in an extremely green environment.
